Return Policy

1. Return Period
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving it.

2. Return Conditions
The returned item must be:
– Unused and undamaged
– In its original and intact packaging
– With all included accessories (if any)

3. Return Process
To return a product:

Send us an email at info@pocketleaf.lt, including your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your payment to the specified account within 5 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is faulty or defective.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@pocketleaf.lt.
In such cases, all return shipping costs are covered by the Seller, and the product will be replaced or refunded.
